How to report concerns and wrongdoing
Whistleblowing policy
Whistleblowing is the act of the disclosure of information to an employer or a relevant authority by an individual who knows, or suspects, that someone is responsible for or taken part in some wrongdoing. Workers making such disclosures are protected under law. MTS encourages its workers to always disclose any actual or suspected wrongdoing, and provides several routes to report something that they have seen, heard or are worried about.
Ways to whistleblow:
To the HR Manager on hr@mtsglobal.uk.com or 65, Westcroft Square, London, W6 0TA or 00 44 (0)203 8270600. You can state in your message if you wish to remain anonymous when whistleblowing and MTS will protect your identity.
You can submit a fully anonymous whistleblowing form to MTS below, which will be picked up by our HR Manager, and this way your identity will not be revealed if you want to whistleblow in this way. Please add as much information as you can in the form below so that we can carry out any investigations thoroughly. Depending on the nature of the issue we may need to report it to the relevant authorities.
