MTS Safeguarding Statement

MTS aims to always create a safe environment in which no child or adult (whether vulnerable or not) will experience harm or exploitation during their contact with MTS.

Safeguarding reporting:

For all cases of disclosure of abuse, and all cases of actual or suspected abuse or misconduct relating to anyone (including children or vulnerable adults), MTS staff, or anyone else witnessing or having a concern about anything are obliged to report the information immediately to Karen Stewart, MTS's Lead Person for Safeguarding on 00 44 (0)7817 701 026 or via email at safeguarding@mtsglobal.uk.com. The Lead Person may have to refer the concerns to children's or adult Social Care Services, or to the police in an emergency.

Anyone wanting to report anonymously via MTS's HR function, you can call on 00 44 (0)20 3827 0600 or via email hr@mtsglobal.uk.com and request that you remain anonymous.

People can also call or email the independent whistleblowing charity Protect on 00 44 (0)20 3117 2520 and via email whistle@pcaw.co.uk for support and advice on reporting anonymously.

Anyone wanting to report fully anonymously to MTS's HR function, you can fill out the below form, outlining your concerns with enough detail to help us to investigate (including names, dates and locations) and it will be sent to HR without you being identified.
