Apply for special consideration

If you are unable to attend your exam or are disadvantaged on exam day owing to exceptional events outside your control, you can apply for a refund or transfer afterwards. You must apply on the day that your exam took place — applications for special consideration after the exam date cannot be accepted. If your application is successful, the refund or transfer will be subject to a £30 administration fee.

What if I can't attend my OTE exam?
