MTS Wins Silver at the SME London Business Awards 2025

We are delighted to announce that MTS has been awarded Silver in the "Employer of the Year" category at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry SME London Business Awards 2025 (SME Business Awards). This recognition is a testament to our ongoing commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

Since our founding in 2014, MTS has grown from a small team of six to a global examinations provider with over 40 full-time employees and 500 exam day staff, delivering 100,000+ exams annually across 25+ venues. In 2024, we took significant steps to enhance our employee experience, introducing new HR policies, structured career development, improved internal communications, and a private healthcare scheme. Additionally, we ensured our salary structures remained competitive and fair, particularly in response to the UK’s cost of living crisis.

We are incredibly proud of this achievement and extend our gratitude to our dedicated team, whose hard work and passion continue to drive MTS forward. We would also like to recognise our CEO, Michal Mazanek, who was a finalist for "Businessperson of the Year", reflecting his leadership and commitment to excellence.
