Apply for special consideration

If you are unable to attend your test or are disadvantaged on test day owing to exceptional events outside your control, you can apply for special consideration. You can apply up to two calendar days after the test date.

What if something goes wrong on IELTS test day?

If you cannot attend, or you are disadvantaged on test day by exceptional events outside your control, you can apply for special consideration.
