If you think your IELTS results are wrong and want to appeal, you can request an Enquiry on Results (EOR) to have one or more skills re-marked. The fee is £190, and you must submit your request within six weeks of your test date.

The fee for an Enquiry on Results is £190. You must submit your request within six weeks of your test date. When you continue you'll be taken to our secure payment page to pay the £190fee — once paid, we'll send your test materials to the British Council to be re-marked. Their decision is provided within 21 days.
