Request to cancel your IELTS test
If you have purchased an IELTS test from MTS that takes place in more than two weeks' time, you have a 14-day cooling-off period within which you can cancel and receive a full refund. Otherwise a £75 admin fee applies. Cancellations less than 1 day before the exam are not eligible for refund.
Can I cancel my IELTS test and get a refund?
Yes, but how much you get back depends on when you cancel. If your test takes place more than two weeks from now, you have a 14-day cooling-off period in which you can cancel for a full refund; after that a £75 admin fee applies.
