Submit an Enquiry on Results request

If you think your Aptis ESOL results are wrong, you can request a re-mark (Enquiry on Results). The fee is £40 in the UK and €46 in Ireland. You can request re-marking of the full test up to 8 weeks after test day. If your overall CEFR level increases, your fee is refunded and you receive a new certificate.
