MTS works with the British Council to start new Partner Testing Point for IELTS on Computer in Palermo, Italy

MTS is delighted to announce that British Council registrations have now opened for the first IELTS on Computer test date on Saturday 19 February 2022 at MTS’s local exam partner International House Palermo Language Centre, in the beautiful city of Palermo, Sicily (Italy).

IELTS is a leading high-stakes English test for study, migration or work which is accepted by more than 6,000 education institutions, faculties, government agencies and professional organisations around the world.

International House Palermo Language Centre was the first IELTS centre in Sicily when it first collaborated with British Council Milan in the 1990s, British Council Naples until 2017, International House Milan from 2018-2022 and now with MTS and the British Council's EU team.

Test-takers wishing to take the IELTS on Computer test in Palermo should go to the British Council IELTS booking site, select ‘Italy’ then ‘Palermo’, then ‘IELTS on computer at the test centre’ – and select the exam date. Remember that computer-based tests deliver your IELTS results in just 3-5 days, compared with a 13 day wait for paper-based IELTS tests.
